Happy Belated Vday!
So I went out on a date yesterday.
My date for vday!
No we didn't plan the outing because it was Valentine's Day. It just happened. I still think Vday is a overcommercialised day in the year, another marketing strategy. But it's not to say I'm against Vday, I just think this day is overhyped up. But I still enjoyed the gift exchange back in SN - girls' school tradition :D and both of us lived up to the spirit of SN. I gave her chocolates and she gave me home-made apple-cinammon cookies.
She sure did dress up for the ocassion!
This was really really good. I love the softness and fluffyness of the skin! I think we ate like 3 baskets of this, and Onyee tried to challenge a 4th but it was pure torture towards the end =x
We were really full at the end of it. And both of us had a headache while on the train back to Shibuya. I never knew food could be so lethal!
The temperature has dropped significantly over the week. It's been pretty snowy.. okay like 3 times. Yesterday, it started out being sunny -> cloudy -> rain -> hail -> snow. Like, wow. We were walking with our umbrellas when we suddenly realised it was raining solid, not liquid anymore. Bad weather for shopping, but I'm glad I managed to find a pair of shoes! Found it after 3 hours of shopping. Love the colours (:
Somehow after the exams, I didn't have any free days to just chill at home so I had to pack my luggage and spring clean my room for the girls when they come in March. Exhausted now. Was contemplating on not sleeping for the whole night to adjust to the time over there and to make sure I don't wake up late or anything. But I think I have to sleep. My eyes are willing me to. Hope I don't miss the flight tmr! Hope London and Europe will be an awesome experience :D I'm fretting about alot of things because it's the first to a country so far away! But okay, I'll learn how to be cool. Limin has been doing all the planning and she's also going to pick me up from the airport. I feel like such a lousy host compared to her =x Hope I won't be a nuisance to her and her housemates!
